Returns & Replacements

We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.

In line with distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the chair frame order within 14 days from the day the goods arrive.  The chair frames must be returned unused and in original packaging. You will be responsible for the return delivery fees and we will process your refund once the chair has been returned.

If the frame is faulty on arrival we will arrange for a replacement part or frame to be delivered or provide a full refund and collection.

The personalised slings are custom made to order and therefore are non refundable unless faulty.  You will be provided with a full print proof to approve when payment is received and from this point the slings are non returnable.

Please a note on there the reason for your return. Exchanged items will be despatched free of charge on the first exchange any subsequent exchanges will be charged at the shipping rate relative to the size and weight of the item. Any exchanged items then returned for a refund will be subject to the delivery charge deducted from the final refund.
All of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed. All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item the warranty will be considered invalid. Items returned for a refund we ask to allow 10 working days from the date of the notification email for refunds to be processed. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.
