Before placing your order, we imagine you will want to see what your final deckchair will look like! To create a basic visual proof, we will need an image/logo from you. Once we have your artwork, we will get the proof back to you within a day or so. When you’re happy, we’ll send you details of how to make your payment and we’ll get your deckchair started.
Once we have received payment we hope to have your deckchair to you within 7-10 working days. (But we always aim for sooner.) Contact us to enquire about the print queue.

There are a lot of factors to consider when answering this question. We assume the chair will be used outside and be exposed to the elements, and our choice of materials reflect this. We use a structural treated timber which will last for years, ie as long as your garden shed or deck. The sling is made out of high strength polyester canvas so will also stand the test of time. Our printing process is industry standard for outdoor banners and flags, however with all printed fabric, the colours may fade from UV exposure over time.
We have full confidence in the construction and durability of our Chunky Chairs. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs within 12 months of your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
